Week 3 NFL Pick’ems

Last Week’s Record: 12-4

Overall Record: 23-9

An offsides by Dexter Lawrence cost the Giants the win on what would have been a missed field goal by Dustin Hopkins. This moved the ball 5 yards closer and gave Hopkins a do over to hit the game winning field goal.

I think we can remove the word “might” from the Raiders “might” be a playoff contender. Boy does Big Ben look old, and Steelers may not even make the playoffs. Derek Carr is looking great and was able to spread the ball around and get the Raiders to 2-0. I think it’s time to start buying what the Raiders are selling.

Watching Joe Burrow get hit as many times as he did really makes you feel bad for the guy. But even after throwing 3 interceptions on 3 consecutive passes, Burrow almost got the Bengals back in the game and only lost by 3 points. The Bears offense sucks with Andy Dalton or with Justin Fields at QB. Lucky for them the defense came to play today.

Derrick Henry was able to rumble, stumble and bumble the Titans into OT, then bulldozed the Titans close enough to hit the game winning field goal. Seahawks probably should have won this game, but the defense let Henry run all over them.

Now for this week’s pick’ems, let’s get to it!
